A social media partner introduced Jane Daniels to us after the established fashion brand had been dealing with a broken, ageing Shopify theme and a provider that could take up to two weeks to respond. For a retail team that sometimes needs a change today, that was not good enough. They needed a responsive partner, sensible costs and an upgrade that would not force the team to relearn every part of running the store.
