The brief

## Built around the work that needed to happen next.

The Training Team needed a website that could make a broad national training offer easier to understand and act on. Employers might arrive looking for first aid, forklift, dangerous goods, freight or manual handling training, while learners and organisations also needed fast access to their own portals. The challenge was to keep that depth useful without turning the website into a crowded course list.

What we built

- Course categories and navigation organised around common workplace needs
- Clear pathways for classroom, online, webinar, virtual and on-site training
- Dedicated student and organisation login access
- A responsive structure for nationwide discovery and enquiries

The outcome

## A clearer national training platform with simpler course discovery, practical booking pathways and dedicated access for students and organisations.

The finished website gives employers a more logical way to move from a workplace requirement to the right course. First aid, forklift, dangerous goods, freight and manual handling training each have a clear place without overwhelming the visitor.

Different delivery options are explained in context, and important student and organisation pathways stay easy to reach. That helps the site serve both a new customer researching training and an existing learner returning to complete the next step.

The structure also gives The Training Team room to add courses, useful answers and national content over time while keeping the experience tidy on mobile and desktop.

- Clear course discovery
- Multiple delivery options explained
- Student and organisation pathways
